Atlanta’s own Gucci Mane’s highly anticipated album, The State vs. Radric Davis, will be dropping next month as scheduled despite the rapper’s recent jail sentence.
Gucci was sent to jail for a year earlier this week for violating his probation. The rapper failed to perform community services and tested positive for cocaine and marijuana during visits to his parole office.

According to Entertainment Weekly, a representative for the rapper’s label confirmed to the site that The State vs. Radric Davis will be hitting stores on December 8th as planned.
